His Story
4corners. 2019. Entry way mural at Dapplegray Elementary School
Palos Verdes, CA.
Born and raised in Hollywood, CA, art has been a constant in my life. Now I want to make it a constant in yours.
Self Taught at an early age, I started with drawing Disney characters on my elementary school book covers. Eventually graduating to graffiti on the streets of Los Angeles, I spend countless hours filling many drawing books with images that were built up from pencil, to marker, heavily influenced by the legends of NYC. The urban sounds of Los Angeles, from hip-hop to surfer garage grunge punk rock, fuel the hallucinations that I turn into works of art.
Later in my life I was blessed to have a wonderful wife, Carrie Lingle Roque, that was also my most ardent supporter and patroness in my transition into a full time art career from my business background.
